Our journey to find a home started in the last quarter of 2021. Chris guided us all throughout this ordeal and made it seem like an easy thing... buying a house in CA is not an easy at all. It was not the best time to buy a house that time too... inventory was low, house prices was at its highest and there was just a lot more people who decided to buy at the time, competition was brutal.
Despite all that, all the searching and waiting, all the offers and counter offers, the heartbreak of being out bid. Chris went through all that with us but was still very confident that we will find our home when the time is right....and 2 months later, he found the perfect home for us.
im very happy that Chris was there to teach us and give sound advise all the time otherwise i'd probably messed it up completely. I got the home that i love and the best rate i can get all because of him. From my family, we thank you Chris for showing us what a good and honest realtor is. Very highly recommended

We met Chris via Redfin referral. We worked with him to purchase a rental property in Chula Vista. Considering all the challenges being faced in 2020 during this pandemic, I wasn't sure what to expect but the process went very smoothly with him as our realtor. He was quick to reply any time of the day or day of the week. He always followed up on anything he said he would. And he was very courteous, thoughtful, and kind to my family. What to say about Chris. Our experience with him was first class. He was professional courteous polite and always responsive with us. He really worked hard with us to find the right home as long as it took he was always patient and explained the process to us. Really, the experience could not have been any better and I am so happy that we got the chance to work with Chris. I will definitely recommend him to any friends and family. Chris helped me purchase my first home! I've worked with at least three other realtors before him, and he is hands down THE BEST! He is always on top of everything. He makes himself available even while on vacation. Whenever I would ask him to find something out he would get on right away. If I wanted to go see a house or property he would make himself available even if was super last minute.
We had some adventures looking at some places but he always made it so much fun.
Whenever we had to negotiate or deal with the lender he would advocate for me!
He is so helpful even after we closed he helped me find my missing Dog!!!!
I consider myself so lucky to have worked with such an awesome person.
